Having been made compulsory to wear the perfect school uniforms for all the students, the guardians are requested to make necessary arrangements for a new set of uniform in case the current uniform - shirt(s), pants, tie(s), coat(s), sweater(s), socks etc. - is discoloured, short, tight, unfit and if the colour of the uniform is different from the specified colour of the school. The students must wear shirts with full sleeves and present themselves at school in clean and well ironed uniform.
A student has to wear simple school type shoes. High heel, sharp pointed and boot shoes are strictly prohibited. Shoes must be regularly polished and socks washed.
Boys must wear very simple hair. The hair must be short and timely trimmed.
Regular washing, bathing and health check-ups in times of long holidays would help in the smooth running of the student’s regular studies.
Guardians are requested to send their children to school with fresh food for tiffin and safe drinking water. Please do not send them with fast food items or junk food like dry noodles, kurkure, cheese balls, sticks of chewing gum, juice cartons like ‘Real’ etc.
As the school administration has forbidden the students to come to school with more than necessary amount of money, with their jewelleries on or carrying them or other valuable goods with them, the guardians are requested to keep this in mind so that such things do not occur from their children.
The parents/guardians are requested to be constantly conscious about their children’s absence at school without any particular reasons. In case of absence due to some specific reasons, the absentees themselves have to prepare for the homework of the lessons taught and missed that day.
In case the students remain absent regularly for more than three days due to some ailments or other causes, the guardians are requested to inform the case to the school administration in time.
If a student does not use his/her diary (does not write homework), neglects studies, does not do or hardly does homework, tells a lie that there is no homework, does not do reading every morning, disobeys, quarrels, grumbles about the food given, lacks discipline, gets up late in the morning etc., please, either pay a visit to the school office from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. or inform the school administration through telephone calls.
Because the school makes the formal announcements to the students regarding instructions, notices, programmes and other essential information in the assembly, it is obligatory for every student to be present in the school assembly. As it is a student’s duty and a significant part of school discipline for every student to be in the school assembly, we humbly request the guardians to make the students arrive at the school premises before 9:25 of the morning and help the school administration in this regard.
The classes leave/end as per the schedule given below.
a. Nursery, L.K.G. and U.K.G. - 3:00 p.m.
b. Classes 1 to 5 - 3:20 p.m.
c. Classes 6 to 10 - 4:00 p.m.
The guardians are requested to be punctual to collect their children at the specified schedule above. Failure to collect the students in time may result in their quarreling, playing games, jumping, running etc. which may cause some unpleasant occurrences like injury, spoiling of uniform, mishandling of the books in the bags, disturbances in the administrative activities etc. Therefore, we make a special appeal to the guardians to be particular in this regard. If you are unable to come on time due to some unavoidable circumstances, please make an immediate call to the school administration beforehand.
For the confirmation whether or not to send the children to school in times of strikes, traffic halts, market closure etc, please get the immediate first hand information through the school’s ‘Notice Board Service’ available by dialing a telephone or a mobile in the following number :
